Chef Jose Perez
Classically trained in French cuisine. He attended Le Courdon Bleu in 2010. He continued his culinary career over ten years through prep work, catering, and private event cooking. In 2020, he began his journey as Head Chef at a local restaurant. His newest venture is providing upscaled catered and private chef food experiences to local businesses.
